monday - Gravity

 

Strength (Legs and Glutes)

This is a strength focused workout that targets your lower body using dumbbells, kettlebells, mini bands and sleds

 

Tuesday - Posture

 

Strength (Chest and Back)

This is a strength focused workout that targets you “posture muscles.” In a typical workout we will be using dumbbells, suspension trainers, pull up bars and mini bands.

 

Wednesday - Fortitude

 

Athletic Conditioning

Train like an athlete and prepare to elevate your heart rate with a conditioning workout designed to help you increase your VO2 max. We typically use Kettlebells, jump ropes, med balls, and sleds.

 

Thursday - Forge

 

Strength (Biceps and Triceps)

This is a strength focused workout that targets your arms using dumbbells, suspension trainers, kettlebells and mini bands.

 

Friday - Fully Engaged

 

Core & Glute Strength

This workout will combine exercises for your trunk and glutes. Focusing on slow control movements to strengthen your entire abdominal region including your deep core and glute dominant lower body strength exercises that target you glute Maximus, medius and minimus.

 

Saturday - All in

 

Full Body Strength and Conditioning

This workout will be the grand finale of your week working all of your muscles from head toe with compound strength training moves along with fun conditioning exercises to rev up that heart rate.  No better way to end your week!

 

Sunday - Rest

 

Recovery

On this day your body will rest and recover.
